CONGRATULATIONS  to Pete and Wynter, MUNOPOLY THE MAGIC KNIGHT, on winning Junior Dog under judge Doreen Smillie.  Everybody commented on how well Pete had him moving, am really proud of you both.

Bones, aka CELTAUR LEAD GUITAR, acquitted himself very well in puppy dog gaining 2sd place to his brother Lochy.  Must say he coped very well with the the tent whipping like pistol shots and the wet and cold.

The weather conditions were the coldest and wettest I have seen at a show since I started showing 24 years ago.

Obi, Freckles and Noodle at Border Union

Today was Border Union show up at Kelso and Flikka and Tweed's sister Noodle won Post Graduate Bitch and their cousins Obi and Freckles both won Puppy in each sex and Obi beat his sister to Best Puppy today, WELL DONE from all here.............. really missing my shows

Must say well done to the 3 new Celtaur pups who had a good day out at their first champ show, Flint 1st puppy dog, Obi 2sd puppy dog, Freckles 2sd puppy bitch. Not to be forgotten, Noodle stood 3rd in post grad bitch and China stood 2sd in open bitch.

Also Tina entered the new competition being held this year Breeders cup and her team entered and won.

Ps not going mad have change my pups name to Balian, a name from history I have always liked.

Enjoyed his second show and made friends with everybody he met, but flirted most with Annie his half sister, he got Best Puppy in Breed, thanks to judge Mr Andy Robins, came home and had a kip,
thats when the photo was taken!

Setter and Pointer Champ Show Nov 2008

What an amazing day........
Yeats qualified for Crufts 2009 by being 2sd in Minor Puppy Dog and behaved very well, enjoyed meeting and greeting dogs and humans. Photo shows Yeats standing outside in the cold, we were judged indoors am pleased to say as it was bitter stood outside. Yeats kennel club name is Fluich Celtic Sword.
His sister Esta aka Fluich Celtic Spells also had a very enjoyable day as she is known as the "cabaret act" as her idea of walking on a lead is on her back with all 4 legs in the air, she actually managed go round the right way up and got a very creditable 4th place in minor puppy bitch.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere made the day even more enjoyable.

CELTAUR ARTFUL SPHINX - Tweed

No new photo, this was taken back at a very muddy Darlington, but today Hannah qualified Tweed for Crufts 2009, by standing 3rd in Junior Bitch at Midland Counties. WELL DONE as a new partnership.

A quick well done to my other one there today Satchmo, Ichbin Your Minstrel, who was 3rd in Post Graduate Dog.

Hannah also handled her sister in Junior Handling Semi Finals at Richmond the week before also ankle deep in mud..........
