Wynter's results for September 2011

Wynter is licking his lips and saying "thanks" to all his new friends both human and canine he has met since he started showing, special licks & hugs must go to
Helen & Harry, Carol & Jasper, Katie & Dougie, and
Julie, Trev & the girls
He has hung up his "show lead" for his "trainee working lead".
He will make the odd appearance but he's passed over the showlead to Sonic, his Black & Tan buddy.

He just loves to carry things, anything, and gives them up easily, the kitchen roll was soggy but not holed at all, bless him, the ones below show him running about with the roll before he gave it up

National Dog Show May 2011

Mum is really proud of me again, went to a big dog show on Sunday and was entered into 2 classes stood alone in the first one, minor puppy dog and lady gave me a red prize card, then was seen again in next class, against 2 much older munster boys, beaten into second place by a really nice boy 6 months older than me.
They say it means I am qualified for Crufts 2012, what that is have no idea...

Met a really nice English setter girl that mum calls Luna she got 4th in her class but I was on the way home by then fast asleep.
The lady also owns a relative called Millie who stood in with loads of other girls, both her mum and mine were pleased with her placing too.

Didn't know all there were so many of us, all seemed very friendly and loads came to say hello which made the day more enjoyable, mind you was sound asleep in my bed by 9pm, its tiring at my age

Good weekend

Rhum and Wynter went to Pearl Anniversary Show on Saturday and enjoyed a tank round meeting and greeting people.
Met Bali's new owners who adopted him through Rescue and me they went home delighted with winning Handsome Dog and 2sd in the Rescue class
Saw Jenny and Pete plus their dogs Cash and Tarot.

Sunday was the second day of the Anniversary show I didn't go but Bali and his new owners did, they came away with Best Rescue of the Year under a different judge than Saturday.

Sage and I ventured out to our FIRST show in 5 months, she was happy to be out and meeting up with other dogs, stood well in her classes and took 2 seconds behind the Reserve Besrt of Breed
So was very pleased with her

Whatever anybody did with their munster or Gordon at the weekend hope they enjoyed themselves
