Frank Kanes new book

What a lovely book by Frank Kane available from Dog World, a real pleasure to read and an insight into how Frank Kane judges dogs. Well worth buying..
Even more impressive is when I saw the Large Munsterlander he had to represent the breed, both on the cover (above) and head shot (below), was a dog I gave his first CC to and who went on to become Sh Ch Yeldoaks Hot Favourite of Palangor.
Indi is by Tarkanya Magic Master and Sh Ch Ichbin Heavensent of Yeldoaks, who I know was a favourite of Frank Kanes as when he did the Gundog Group at Crufts he gave her a special mention.
Indi's owners Alan and Paulyne are absolutely delighted their Indi is the one in the book and are so proud as they should be.

this is Otto Ichbin Warwick Avenue, who lives with Maxine and her family, he was busy exporing the rockery here, sure he has grown loads since you sent me this, he does actually appear in the Supporters Calender for Large Munsterlander Rescue, along with others who have supported this year, anybody wanting a copy of this before it sells out please either email me or phone for price details etc.

Normal postings will now begin again its been a busy month, thanks to all who have send in photos etc they will now be used and to save overloading the poor site will add a few daily.

Will get the website updated too this month now have a little time, so sorry to the L and W litter not ignoring you and will get you up shortly.

Still waiting for the op on now my ankle not my knee and will be pleased when that is done as has limited me to where I have been able to go show wise, although my setter, Yeats has been to loads of shows maily due to his handlers......

Rescue have found themselves with their hands full all of a sudden and need homes for both sexes and also need foster homes.
These munsters are of varous ages and sexes

WARNING BE CAREFUL

Please be careful if you have a puppy and an adult when re-introducing them after one has been out.

Yeats came home Saturday and Balian turned himself inside out to say hello and got his paw caught in a small gap between the slabs, and now has a broken toe.
The pup has his foot in a pot and the gap has been filled in as with all, but it's a warning to all just how easy it is to do something stupid.
First time I have had a dog break anything bar a freak accident years ago where I sat on Ebony's tail........................

Hopefully will get photos up later in week but afraid Balain come first

Paulyne and her friend Margaret went to the Chelsea Flower Show, not that I am into flowers I was intrigued to see the garden that James May was involved in, he is one of the presenters of Top Gear, and this is the photo of his plasticine garden, yes it is fake, but could you guess by the photo. They kindly sent me this so thought I would share it..........................

Friends dogs in Essex

We have had 2 lots of snow here, at beginning of week it was just a covering, but made up for it this morning!!! Pleased didn't have to go anywhere at all.
As you'll see dogs really enjoyed the snow today, and our road was impassable only had a couple of tractors and large 4 x 4 down it..........we very rarely get this much hence the last photos showing the road

Lewis - Ichbin Nightcloud

Sad news yesterday heard from Lewis owner Gisele, that Lewis died in hers and her mums arms in December 2008, he was born June 1996, out of Sh Ch Raycris Naughty But Nice for Hansmic x Ichbin Gretel. He was a much loved family member and will be missed.

In his younger days he won the LMC Obedience Trophy, following on from his mum Fern. He was the reserve in the Northern Ireland Obedience Team one year for Crufts.

The photo was taken a while ago now, but rest in peace young man and go find your mum and sister who crossed the rainbow bridge earlier in 2008.

I had a lovely peaceful start, exactly what I wished for, the dogs and I were curled up asleep, we woke up to the fireworks at 12.20 am.............

Thanks must go to Katie for all the hard work she has done over the years on my sites when I was unable to do it myself, now I have to say I really do appreciate all the hard work.
I would also like to thank Katie for being on the end of a phone when I started doing this website, she has laughed her head off at my questions etc but is always willing to help.
Now getting the hang of putting this together hopefully she go off and doing more of her painting.
